As Salvage Road is a wholesale company we only supply to retailers in the Gift, Home wares and Nursery industries which utilize a physical retail shopfront and some online stores.
There is a minimum quantity purchase requirement on all products.
Prices are subject to alteration without notice. Prices charged are those current on the date of dispatch.
All items are sold as price per individual unit unless indicated as price per set.
All items are pre-packed quantities or in display cartons. For this reason items must be ordered in the pack quantities. Please order in the quantities indicated pack qty field.
TERMS: All orders will be pro forma. All invoices must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
The Company will not accept return of goods for credit unless prior arrangements have been made. Requests for credit must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Our returns policy is valid up to 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Insurance for loss or damage is the customers’ responsibility. ‘Change of mind’ will not be credited or refunded by Salvage Road. Returned products and associated courier/ postage costs is not the responsibility of Salvage Road. Any returned products approve by Salvage Road that requires a refund for “Change of Mind’ will incur a 12.5% processing and handling fee of invoice value.
Salvage Road takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Freight is applicable on all orders and is based on weight, size and destination. We dispatch our orders through the best priced courier available in Australia & DHL for international.
